Mr. Rat's Tenth Tale

When the thieving members of the Bent Pen Gang gathered for their annual storytelling and bragging contest in a darkened attic on Vancouver's notorious East Hastings, they did not anticipate Mr. Thaddeus J. Rat's brilliant treachery, nor could they predict the lasting infamy his tale would engender for the entire inky assemblage.
